Completing my school from an English medium high school run by the catholic missionaries in a small town in the district of Tinsukia in Assam, I moved to Jharkhand complete my higher studies. Ambitious to be a entrepreneur I studies commerce in my higher secondary. Unable to take up business administration I chose to graduate in English Literature to pursue my artistic endeavours. It opened up new avenues for me and widened my world view. I dived deep to learn the nitty-gritty of filmmaking before going on to complete my Master in Journalism and Mass Communication from Department of Journalism and Mass Communication, Ranchi University.

Schooling

Matriculation

St. Mary's School, Margherita

1995 to 2007

One of the only few privileged ones from my place to go to an English Medium school, I sowed the seeds of my dreams of making it big.

Not the most studious kid, I was admired for my decency. A shy and hesitant child, I was often referred to as extraordinary. Sports is where I sparkled the brightest.

Higher Secondary

St. Joseph's Inter College, Torpa

2007 to 2010

Desiring to be an entrepreneur I chose to study commerce. Even though I was pretty good at Business Arithmetic and Accounts, I failed to clear higher secondary exams in my first attempt.

Challenging my personality trait, I enjoyed taking the centre stage. I participated in all extra-curricular activities and took leadership roles. I discovered my ethnic roots and inner potentials here.

College

Graduation

Gossner College Ranchi

2010 to 2013

Studying English Literature opened up the world for me. It widened my vision. Linguistics helped my understand the flaws in my speech, English history made me corelate our ethnic journey, poetry brought me peace and prose gave me purpose.

I continued to hone my skills and my participation in extra-curricular activities gained me popularity. I started volunteering for social purposes and exchanged political thoughts.

PG Diploma in Film & TV Production

Xavier Institute of Communications (Ranchi Campus)

2013 to 2014

Learning Film and Television Production techniques with hands on experience as well as theory from veterans and experts from the field of work.

This is where I started working heads down. I was in the team of a 'one minute film', Charades, which won the AbilityFest 2013 and Kristagman, a Christmas programme aired on ETV (Bihar).

Post Graduation

Ranchi University

2015 to 2017

MJMC in Ranchi University introduced me to print media in particular, as I was already working with electronic productions.

Beside my studies I was providing services as a freelancer in the field of photography, video production, advertising and creative consultant.
